I have a 50 hpw mercury outbaord that is only getting fire on 2 cylinders?

MY 50 hpw mercury is only getting fire on 2 of the 4 cylinders. Any one know what my solution is.

It could be several things. First thing to do is check for voltage coming into switch box from stator then voltage coming in from trigger on switchbox also. If you are missing those work your way up to stator or trigger. If you have voltage on both coming in check for it going out. Being down on 2 cylinders I am leanin towards stator or trigger. Good luck
