I have a 7.5 Sears (Ted Williams) boat motor, I am looking for a gas line fitting (motor side) female, 5/16,?

any help in this matter would be appreciated, can provide picture, of the motor and where gas line hooks to if needed. Should be of the long slender type, may be two inches long or longer, not the short/stubby snap on type

to be sure, I would remove the fitting and take it to somewhere like Ace Hardware or a motor service
