  1. I think you're able to ride your son in the front bench of your truck if there's no others place to seat him. But disable the passenger airbag, beacause if you have a crash it will struggle him. If your airbag cannot be disabled, ride him next to you in the middle of the bench.

  2. No. He shouldn't because you should at least be like 5 feet tall and weigh a certain amount before you are supposed to sit in front.

  3. It depends on the laws in your state. His size also comes into play.

  4. no front seat..if it is a newer vehicle the airbag is deadly for kids under 12 years old or <100 lbs , the back seat and a booster chair is the best place for kids.

  5. No.  He should continue to ride in the back seat until he's a p*****n, say 11 or 12 years old.

  6. No, he shouldn't ride in the front seet. I think that I was ten before I could ride in the front seet. He should be atleast 5 feet tall.

  7. The laws differ from state to state, I would suggest that you contact you local department of motor vehicle and ask if this is legal or not.

WHEN YOU ARE 4, 5, 6, 7, OR 8 LESS THAN 4’9” (57 INCHES) TALL BELT-POSITIONING BOOSTER SEAT (NO BACK) OR HIGH-BACK BELT-POSITIONING BOOSTER SEAT IN THE BACK SEAT OF THE CAR.

  8. Depends on what your state laws are

  9. I'm not sure about your question. If you are referring to his size, because no additional information was given, he should be able to sit in the front seat if it does not conflict with the laws of your state.
