  1. Geez, how 'bout one more answer?

There are 128 ounces per gallon of liquid.

There is then 768 ounces of gasoline in 6 gallons.

    768 divide by 50 equals 15.36 ounces for a "true" 50-1 ratio.

This also works out to 2.56 ounces of oil per each gallon, and 12.8 ounces per 5 gallons!

Why all that? Well sometimes you may want to mix less than 6 gallons.

Round up 15.36 to 16, and 2.56 to a bit less than 3. A SMALL bit more is better than a SMALL bit less.

  2. One pint per 6 gal. of fuel, this yealds a 50:1 ratio.

  3. 16 ounces per 6 gal of gas.

  4. its a 50:1 ratio
