I have a 78 vw bus with a t4 (gex) and Weber progressive. Does anybody sell a complete efi kit for this?

Yes, here is a link to all weber products carried by mid-america motorworks. Click on the picture to find what you want. I am unsure what you mean by T4 (gex), but I am assuming you are referring to the engine, so you will need to click on the upper left-hand picture.

Fuel injection kits are definitely available, but at a premium price.  Check out the link below for some good information for type4 kits. Good luck!
