The aerator should be located in the motor well.If it is not there it could also be mounted right at the tank.Hope this helps.

The fill pump(s) would be attached to the transom on a thru-hull fitting and probably discharge through an aerator; each livewell will have an aerator although they might both fill from the same pump.   Recirc pump(s) (if equipped) would be below deck, outside the livewell(s) on through-hull fittings.
