  1. he can eat just about anything as long as its not too hard and he's ready. just make sure its not too hard and itsnt on the common allergen list...peanuts,honey,etc.   just give him a little, watch closely and see how he does. and babies dont really need teeth to chew. their gums are tough and they just learn to gnaw and mash. have fun!

  2. I would not give him anything hard except Zwieback crackers for teething. It can easily get stuck in his throat. Anything he does put in his mouth, watch to make sure he has chewed it up enough to go down.

  3. gerber has wonderful food called little graduates. I gave my little guy vienna sausages, green beans, apple sauce, i cut meatballs into small pieces, and michelina's microwave dinners.just try to make sure there isnt alot of salt and food thats too hard. they love to chew and naw on things. baby cookies are great too.

  4. That sounds pretty accurate. I often cooked my own food and put it through the food processor. Start with making the least amount of texture and work you way up. No Honey, nuts, or seafood. There's always a risk of the baby being more prone to developing a sensitivity if fed these foods before 12mo. of age.

  5. as soon as my son had his 2 top teeth and 2 bottom teeth he ate everything we ate. my kids all got bored with baby food and just ate the same things we do.
