I have a 9 week old black silky that has a sore on its foot?

It's on its right pinky toe. I'm actually not sure if it's a sore. It looks like a blister bursting around the edges kind of. There's dried blood around the edge on one side. It looks kind of like a bump with blood on the edges. The blood looks fresh, like it dried only a few seconds ago.
