  1. take her to the dentist to make sure everything is OK with an X-ray....they can verify if her molars are coming in and tell whether or not they might be impacted or not

give her some Tylenol/Acetaminophen for the pain

  2. She could be getting ready to loose a molar. My son lost his first molar at age 9. He had a toothache and so we took him to the dentist because we thought he might have had a cavity and it turned out his molar was just loose and that can cause them to feel sore.

I would give motrin and maybe a little orajel. The back molars don't usually come in until 11 or 12...hence the name thelve year molars.
