I have a 9 year old sister and 10 year old brother that are out of control!?

They wont listen to anyone also they back talk everyone in the house and sometimes hit there parents or destroys everything in the house and they dont care what you say to them they will not listen. Put it this way there not normal kids they are very bad even if you discipline them they will do it again and again. I need help please help me!

Bahah I agree, super nanny, or get them in some classes. I've never heard kids that would be that out of control.

Then the "discipline" is not working.   I'm wondering if there even is any discipline going on.

When my brothers and I were that age, if we had ever talked back to our parents or hit them, we would have gotten smacked around the house.   No way our parents would have put up with that.

That's because our parents were not afraid to dish out some REAL discipline when it was called for.   It's also because they loved us too much to allow us to get away with that kind of behavior for one second.

Your siblings aren't "bad" -- they're just not being raised properly.   They're not being disciplined properly.  

Your parents need to start laying down the law -- and some real enforcement to back it up.

Maybe they are fighting for a parents affection.  Bad attention is better than no attention.  Kids need love and affection but its sometimes hard to love little demons.  Are they getting quality time?  Are they being listened too?  Try talking to them after spending sometime doing something they enjoy.
