  1. Given the age of your boat, I would strongly suspect that part of the hull has absorbed water.  An i/o boat of that size would have two wooden stringers going fore and aft under the floor.  The fuel tank and a small storage compartment would be on the centerline between the two stringers, and the space outboard of each stringer is filled with two-part polyurethane foam.  If water gets into the foam, it will add a great deal of weight and cause the boat to become heavier, cause it to not trim properly whether or not it is under power, and could also cause the floor and floor stringers to rot. The only way to get the water out is to remove the floor and replace the foam and whatever rotted floor components you may find.

Has the boat ever been stored without a cover?  Has there ever been damage to the side that it lists to?  Are there any soft spots in the floor?

    Good luck.

  2. The only thing that comes to my mind is the Flotation on one side is water logged, or full of water check the bottom for small Crack,s or small holes,if no holes ar cracks are evedent then the floor could be seperated at the sides or the floor could be seperated at a saem.

under the Carpet is Plywood covered with Fiberglass, this fiberglass could have cracks in it allowing water to flo through and filling the Flotation Pockets with water.

    Hope this help,s

  3. I assume it leans when no- one is on board? Weight distribution is then your problem. Where are the fuel tank or tanks, are they full/ empty, does it carry water, where is its tank/ tanks, how much gear is stowed left, is there more things like galley, etc., on the left? Something has to be out of balance!

If you mean it leans under power, that's different. That's a power trim problem.
