I have a 92 Honda Accord , when i start the car it idles up and down between 1.5 and 3 rpms. How can i fix it?

After awhile it will stop idling or when i press the brake petal in. The same day i changed my tranny fluid. The new pcv valve also started making a large humming sound.

it needs a idle control module, another name for it is a idle control motor

Are you sure that you reploaced the pcv with the correct size?  Sounds like it is vibrating due to wrong weight in valve
