  1. I'd check fuel pressure, I'm not sure if your truck has a replaceable fuel filter, if so, try changing that if your pressure is low. Too little fuel will cause an intermittent misfire. If your pressure is good, perhaps cleaning your injectors will help. Also, did you make sure your spark plug gap was correct when you installed the new plugs?  Oh, check your wires too. If your sparkplug wires are original, change them. Old wires have alot of resistance and can cause your problem too.

  2. check the fuel pressure on it with it being on the cylinders its on it may be low fuel pressure causing or a bad injector, have a pressure check ran on it,with it not having a check engine light it would about have to be in the fuel pressure, good luck.

  3. my dakota 3.9 was doing same thing i changed everything finally i changes o-rings and injectors truck runs awsome now dodge maintence repair manuel requires o-rings to be repaced after 50 thousand miles check your book i would try that if its the same as my dodge manuel and they are cheap fix also what i did was buy a can of starter fluid or carb cleaner and sprayed each injector while engine was running and when engine sped up  i new witch one was bad  good luck you'll need it lol hope this helps ya out i got a great deal on new injectors on e-bay so search around if this is the problem i paid 25 a piece the dude was selling for 65 or so and i offerd him 25 if i purchased the set and he went for it they are tricky to install make sure you dip the new orings in oil or good lubricante before installe and it took me 3 or 4 times of installing and removing till i finally got them to seat rite you may also after removing old ones spray some cleaner around each port and clean with a bottle brush cleaner thats what i did i cant believe the diffrence in the power i have and truck gets way better fuel milage
