I have a 96 integra with muffler problems, Help

There is a rattling noise when im driving slowy and accelerating- driving in parking lot and i also have a problem when im accelerating a little harder there is a rattling/grinding noise when i hit 4000 rpm, Whats wrong

my answer is try to check it out first on auto repair shop ....dude

Sounds like the heatshield on the catalytic convertor.  Common problem.  Just crawl under there and take it off.  Usually a medium length prybar and some dikes will do the trick.
