I have a 98 potiac grand prix GTP and for some reasons it dont wana build all its boost?

It was fine tilll i removed the throttle body and cleaned all the sensors now it only runs at about half its potential, it does do it itermitten tho. I can pass a car and it will all of a sudden come to life any ideas?
