I have a Alltel scoop phone and it keeps beeping saying please insert memory card any one know how to fix it!?

i have taken battry off and turned it off and did all the small things i tried to call the office but they were no help, if ne one knows what i can do pleas help

Take the memory card out and format it on your PC and then put it back into the phone and it should work otherwise take it back to the store and let them look into the issue.
