I have a B1/B2 visa for one year, I came to USA and was back home. May I use this VISA again?

  1. you can use the same visa upto April 2009. You can go back to usa with the same visa. You will be permitted to stay in USA at the dicretion of the port officer (entry). better to visit consulate website.


  2. Yes, you can. Generally it is 'multiple' entry visa. But, in a single visit you can not stay more than 180 days or as the immigrant officer at the port of entry allows. Your final limit to stay in the USA is what your visa period allows i.e.                 6-APR ,2009. My advice is that you should apply again in the last week of APRIL, 2009. Most probably you may get 10 years' multiple B1/B2 visa next time.

  3. You can use your B1/B2 visa to enter/re-enter the US within the validity period. The duration of each visit is determined at the POE by the immigration officer. Good luck!
