I have a BT DECOR 1200 telephone. Someone left a messgae and for the life of me cannot get it deleted lost ist

If you have subscribed to BT Answer 1571 or Call

Minder, your BT Decor 1200 will indicate when you have

received a voice message by the flashing messages light.

If you are trying to delete the message, then that will be within your messaging service, not the phone.

not familiar w/ the product, but it stores for 20 days, you may just have to wait and let it delete itself

Go to BT.com/shop and go through the website for instruction books, you can download them to your computer of print them off. Or ring  0800 1456789 and these people will be able to help.
