  1. It's not normal for a Bengal, but it may be mixed with a little Fishing Cat which, as you probably researched already are geographically distributed throughout southern Asia, from Malaysia, parts of Indonesia (Sumatra and Java), and Sri Lanka to the Himalayan foothills of Nepal. There are sometimes genetic mishaps that happen, and it seems you are a lucky person to have a special cat.

  2. yes but he/she might have got it from mother or father

  3. Yes this is totally normal. Not for bangles though. But maybe it has some fishing cat in it. Who knows? But your cat will be fine!

  4. This site http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bengal_%28c... will explain how the Bengal hybrid came to be. From what I have read and also from reading this site http://www.hdw-inc.com/wildcatsphotos6.h... I am assuming that somewhere in your cat's lineage a Fishing Cat was involved. Notice I said "assume" as I dont know enough about breeding and genetics to know if those species can breed with each other. Or it's simply a genetic mutation that your cat is one of the lucky ones to have webbed feet. Does your cat like to swim?  :)
