I have a Betta, guppies and mollies. (They are not in the same tank). I was just wondering can I feed them Ear

can I feed them earthworms/ bloodworms?

  1. Bloodworms are a marvelous treat for the animals and bettas tend to thoroughly enjoy it. It's also rather healthly for them  compared to flakes and pellets.

    However earthworms are not wise to feed to the animals. ^__^ So just stick with the blood worms. You'll have very happy fish.

All of the breeds you have LOVE bloodworms, so I'm sure they'd be stoked if you gave them those :) However, earthworms are from the ground outside and could potentially be carrying diseases from outside that could harm your fish. Other worms you can try are Tubifex worms and Black worms. (The black worms come live most of the time and it's hilarious to see the fish go absolutely bonkers when you put live wiggly worms in the tank! lol)

  3. You can feed them all bloodworms but not earthworms.
