I have a Blackberry pearl with Oz Instant Messenger.....?

Question

I have used a blackberry for a few months now and never had a problem with this application. I recently had to get a replacement phone and after I got it all set up I signed into messenger. I primarily use Yahoo! (not sure if that matters). My icon my instant messenger was a "bubble" with IM in it, but now it has changed to a black square with grey outlining it. I am not sure what caused this. Also I have not been able to log on all day. It is saying I have a communication error! Help!

take the battery out for a few min then turn it back on if phone is left on all the time it will mess up wallpapers are under media under pics
