I have a Bosch fridge

Question

I have a Bosch fridge freezer. There is a constant water build-up on the fridge floor. Sometimes the water escapes from the fridge onto the kitchen floor. Cleaning and defrosting, recently carried out, hasn't improved the situation. The fridge and freezer hold the temperature well.
