and she keeps biting my Dad. He scared her once, but she's bitten him quite a few times now. Is this normal? I mean, for her to go on biting him like this? (I want something simple 'cause I'm the 11-year-old sister)

yes when they are insucure and young they are very nippy all pythons are. eventually like a month he/she will stop nipping and bitting but until then deal with it and keep handling him.
