Does any one know of any issues with the Headlight no working. I will be driving down the road and the Headlight will go out. I wiggle the k**b on the headlight switch and they usually come back on. Would this be a warranty item? The Van is a 2005 T&C and has 62,000 miles. The bumper to bumper has expired but this is a safety item and wonder if there are other warranties that might cover this repair

  1. no

  2. No warranty there but you can take it into the dealer and see if it is an easy and quick fix that they will take care out of the goodness of their heart.

Be sure to check your headlight fluid.
