Can anyone tell me what it is / how much it's worth?

Not a lot. Even old Conns (which this doesn't look like) are only work $500-$1000. That is about what you can expect, and it is all much closer to the $500 range. Though if someone will pay you more than that, and you want to sell it, go for it. Just do a search online about Conn serial numbers and there are tons of forums and sites that can provide better information than I can.
