  1. Assuming you haven't kept quiet about it, which would be a definite "No way, mate", they reserve the right to accept or reject any application, so the answer is - it depends on whether you're offering them enough skills and good things for them to ignore it.

    You were born a few hundred years too late - otherwise they'd have sent you over for nothing :-)


  2. What country are you from as I am not familiar with what a criminal damage caution is or how severe a charge it is according to your country's legal system. In general terms you can be refused a visa and say you decided not to tell them on your application and you got your visa you could still be refused entry when you got here.   4. A caution will not affect your application.  It's not a conviction.

    You need not even declare it on your application.

  5. along you tell them the truth and dont lie about it when you apply for a visa. you wiil be fine.
