I have a Dell computer that i just recently puchased. I went to wal-mart and got a Lexmark z1300. It came with the cd that i up loaded and had no problems doing. It shows that the printer is active and "ready to go" in my settings. when i try to print it shows a "communication error."
I have tried all of my usb ports while restarting after each port i tried, same thing "comunication error". I have tried a different usb cable from another computer & printer that i know is good and went through the same process.
Lost please help!
