Diploma in Prechool Education?  I think you should work on this title first. "Diploma" sounds very High School? You should list your "Degree!" Preschool Education is generally refereed to as "Early Childhood Education."  If you were to get involved with lecturing you would probably need a strong educational background, a specific area within ECE  to lecture on, skills in public speaking, associations/universities  you are affiliated with etc.  I think that it goes beyond just "knowing" something.  Look at your own teachers and you see the differences between those who are engaging and those who are "dull."  You can actually watch many lectures on youtube on themes within ECE.  Watch these and see what you like....pick up some tips.  I would say that you need to be considered someone who has a strong acumen in a particular area, have the educational background, learn to to public speaking.  good luck

What angle, exactly, can you speak about with the experience to back it up?

I am not going to go to a lecture by someone just because they have taken some courses.  I've taken courses too.  Give me a specific angle and I might be interested.  Find what you are passionate about and go for it.

Start with the parents of your school.  Talk about specific topics there.  Get good at it at your school then contact other schools or programs in your area that specialize in it.

Realize that you may need more education to become marketable.  Not that you wouldn't know what you are talking about, but many states require their teachers to go to a certain amount of lectures.  These lectures must be run by someone who has certain qualifications.  

I would also suggest taking a stand up comedy class.  It will not only help you improve your lectures by learning how to make it more interesting, it will also give you quite a different experience in dealing with the audience.
