I have a Dutailier Wood Glider - where can I get a full slipcover?

I dont want to just replace the pads Id like to cover the wood as well - since it doesnt match the rest of the wood furniture. Is there a slip cover for these? I need one for the matching ottoman as well.

I bought all of my slipcovers at http://www.allaboutslipcovers.com.  It's was easy to do and cheaper than everyone else.
