I have a GSP 1 year old - asking for advice concerning remote trainers and wireless containment. ?

We have alot of room for her to run and is good about staying with us but when she gets distracted she heads in the wrong direction and ignores us. I'm tending to think a wireless would not give her enough room to stretch but am asking for experience advice with both units as maybe a remote is more of the obedience training that we need - but do they work.
