screen came up with Protected and the security details which were put in to the tv when we bought it 6 0r 7 years ago, but never activated the security protection. We recently acquired a Matsui TV which we are using separately for the Wii which did have security protection on it so we turned this off. Has this affected our Grundig TV as I understand they are made by the same people. We have tried turning everything off and unplugging but no luck as yet. Can anyone help?Thank you
