I have a HTCP3400i mobile having a windows pocket pc6 OS.How can I synchronize the notes between pc and phone?

the notes which i scrible with the light pen in the mobile cannot be transferred to the desktop.In the synchronization setup a message appears saying cannot log on to the network for further information.It says active sync encountered a problem on desktop and in notes section a hyperlink saying attention required appears.The hyperlink leads to a support code.how can I synchronize the notes?please help.Please mention a few sites which may help with the problem.

First, try uninstalling ActiveSync completely and then reinstall version 4.5. I use a Softbank (HTC) X02HT with WM6, so I'm very familiar with it all. If you can get active sync working, then you can access all of your saved scribbled notes from your desktop.

Another route is to save the notes onto your Micro SD card, and then remove the card and put it into your computer (assuming you have an SD reader and adapter). Then the files will appear on the card, just like a normal thumbdrive.
