I have a HoMedics Model

I have a HoMedics Model SBM-350 double shiatsu massaging cushion. Used it incorrectly by lying it flat on floor and lying on it. It now makes a noise like a jack-hammer. Opened the back by unzipping the cover and it appears that the 2 large white gears are not working. Only one is turning. The noise appears to be coming from the area where these 2 wheels meet.
