  1. throttle housing is stuck and/or throttle cable is stretched out

first step to troubleshoot would be to examine the throttle cable for cracks and/or stretching and replace if needed

if this is not the solution, and if your bike is carbeurated, you could have a stuck float

  2. Undo the bolts and make sure the throttle is not too far in and is hitting the bars.  If that doesnt work Take the throttle off the bars and see if it still does it when in your hand.  If it is fine then it means that it is catching on the bar somewhere.  If it is still doing it take the throttle assembly apart and grease it and if it is still doing it, then check the cable that it has not  had any knocks or dents in the cable and you can oil the cable up.

  3. my guess would be replacing the throttle line going to the handle bars

  4. Sorry, but you must have clicked the wrong section, as this is the motorcycle RACING questions.

The best advice I can give you is you to post this question again.

You would get a better response in....
