  1. The easiest way would be to buy an editor that can read and write DVDs - that's most of them.  AVS Video Editor or Sony's Vegas Movie Studio would be my first choices.   If you wan to stick with freeware you could rip the DVD with DVDDecrypter, convert the .vob files to WMV with Super, edit it with Windows Movie Maker and then burn the DVDs with DVD Flick.
