I have a JVC EVERIO hard disk camcorder and I can not figure out how to transfer vid's to my pc?

When I follow the manual all that happens is the vid's get erased. I called customer service at JVC and they told me the same thing that I should use the manual.

I can up load from my digital camera but not from camcorder.Any Ideas???

Ask for a supervisor. Us peons can tell you to read the manual!! Its their job to walk you through it!!
