Are you sure that's the correct model number - I can't find any reference to it.

That article clearly states that the camcorder HAS a firewire connector.

Indeed sagz an instruction manual I have just been reading shows that the 'DV out'  (firewire/i-link) port is located underneath a cover on the back of the camcorder right below the battery. also under that cover is an 'S-video' connector and a DC input connector.   The firewire connector is the one in the bottom right corner.
