I have a JVC everio what would be the best way to use this through ustream.tv?

I have a jvc camera HDD with no DV output what would be the best way to put it through my computer live

the only evirio I am familiar with is the GZ MG130 which has a A/V output. I use a USB tuner and feed the AV signal into that. Set the camera in preview mode and, turn off menus and it should work. I prefer a tuner because it keeps the drain on system resources low.
