I have a JVC surround sound and want to hook it up so i can watch TV shows in surround. Is this possible?

I have a JVC TH-M303 Theater system. I want to hook it up to my LCD tv so i can watch TV shows in surround sound and not just DVD's. Is this possible, and if so, how do i do it.

You should be able to hook up your TV directly to your receiver, just look for an audio output jack on your TV and hook it up to an audio input jack on your receiver(doesn't matter which one, not phono, ) switch your mode on your receiver to the same one on your TV and you should have sound for your TV.
