I have a Janome 9700,

Question

I have a Janome 9700, and when ever I break my needle whether it is my fault or not 99% of the time I have to replace the bobbin case, if I don;t my bobbin jamms up badly, I clean the bobbin case every week and am so careful with it.I just find it very unusual that with this machine I go through so many bobbin casea and yet my other Janome, I have had it for 3 years and never ever had to replace it. I still have 1 month warranty with this machine should I mention this to the dealer as I have many times. thanks [e-mail]
