I have a Kenwood M97,. I have a Kenwood M97, the amp (A97) displays a message saying "PROTECT" -

I have a Kenwood M97, the amp (A97) displays a message saying "PROTECT" - according to the manual this means the speakers have short circuited. I have checked the speaker cables and all is where it should be.

If you cannot find a solution, many thanks for your assistance anyway.
