I have a Kodak Easy Share 4mp camera the batteries die after 2 minutes! What is wrong or do I just need rechar

Do I just need rechargable batteries?!! No joke I went through 6 batteries in 6 minutes!!! Is my camera buste dor do I just need strong rechargable batteries?

  1. You might need a better brand of batteries and batteries that specializes for digital cameras. Even when you get them, don't leave them in your camera b/c they will drain the battery out. My digital camera does that. Good Luck


  2. You must be using "heavy duty" batteries, instead of alkaline.  Alkaliine batteries are the minimum type recommended for electronic devices such as digital cameras.

    Get a set of rechargeable Li-ion  or NiHM batteries along with their recharger.  I'd suggest getting an extra set of batteries so you can bring them along.

  3. Possibly the batterys are no good or its your camera. I would recommend rechargeable batterys if you take a lot of pictures. But you schould try rechargeable batterys. If that still doesnt help, contact Kodak and tell them.
