I have a Kodak EasyShare c530..How do I transfer pictures from computer to my camera?thank you!?

I just want to know If I can do that just to have more space on my camera and delete all of them so I know for sure that my pictures are on my computer and I can print the ones I want, put them on my cam and delete them... thanks so much!

Yes you can do that.  If they are stored on the camera's internal memory, you have to plug it up to a USB port on your computer.  If they are on a memory card, you can also use a card reader to copy the files.  To copy from the computer to camera or memory card, the procedure is exactly the same.

If you are using the internal memory, you'd be much better off getting a memory card for your camera.  You can store lots more pictures and copying them is simple enough with a card reader.
