Question:

I have a Kodak easyshare C813 Digital camera. I cannot upload any of my photos when plugged in nothing happens

It won't work the camera is fine its just that when plugged into the USB chord nothing happens and then a box pops up saying "Program not responding" and then it asks me send/don't send error report and I don't have internet so I press don't send.

HELP ME!!!

Without knowing what operating system you're using it's difficult to offer specific advice.  I'll assume you're using Windows XP or Vista.  First thing to check is whether or not your EasyShare came with instructions and/or an installation CD. Sometimes you have to install a driver (software that lets the computer and camera communicate with each other.)

    Once the camera is connected to the computer via USB port, make sure the camera is turned on.  If you click on My Computer in XP (Computer in Vista) you should see the camera as another drive letter.  You can double click on that icon and follow the prompts to upload your photos.

    If still nothing you could try to manually install the camera. Click start > control panel > double click scanner/camera icon. You should see another screen with an icon to add device.  Double click and follow the prompts.
