I have a Konica 2223 copier - wont print on edges

Question

Konica 2223 copier will not print on either edge of the paper. It was yesterday, not today. When the paper comes out horizontally, the left and right edges are not printed, but the rest is ok. Also error F28 continues about every 50 copies, but canned air solves that.
