I have a LCM19v7 Westinghouse

I have a LCM19v7 Westinghouse computer monitor, less than a year old. I have to turn the monitor on and off a dozen times before it stays on. Is there something I can do to fix or do I need a new monitor. If that is the case, it sure will not be a Westinghouse brand.
