I have a LIC Jeevan Plus insurance policy. can i tranfer this policy to my ife's name???

I have a LIC Jeevan Plus Insurance Policy. Now i am planning to take a policy on my wife's name also. I have too much insurance policies on my name. So i am planning to transfer this LIC Jeevan Plus policy to my wife's name. So please can anybody let me know about this. & whats the procedure for this.

I think its not possible.

One thing you can do,

1. surrender some of the policies.

2. Reduce the premiums paid

3. Reduction in the Sum Assured

4. Alteration in term years

some can be done only within 1 year.

Better invest in mutual funds.
