  1. you will have to further study here...u have to complete LL.M. from any uni of UK and need at least 12 to 14 thousand pound for an year...and then u could get work here and that is also not very easy believe me...but good luck.

  2. There are two main types of lawyer in the UK. To practice in either discipline you must undergo further post-graduate training and take more exams.

If you want to become a Solicitor (family lawyer) then you must be registered with the Law Society. This is the professional body representing solicitors.

This means a couple of years of post-graduate study and a qualifying period as an "Articled Clerk" (a sort of apprentice or trainee) with a practicing solicitor.

If you want to become a Barrister (lawyer permitted to speak in Crown courts and higher - the men in horsehair wigs and black gowns) then you must be registered with the Bar Council. This is the professional body representing barristers.

You must get a "Pupillage" (a sort of apprentice or trainee) with a "Chambers" (the barristers' name for their office). When you have passed the Bar Exams and done a qualifying period of training you will be "Called to the Bar".

Check the links below for more information.

By the way, it really helps if you use English spelling and syntax and be careful not to use the American variant. The American language, nomenclature and spelling is sufficiently different from English as to cause some real problems in the deep world of legal relationships and descriptions.
