allright prepare to read for a bit

my father's wife had birthed me 14 years ago and my grandperents adopted me when i was like 5 months old or so, and they say that he(who is now my brother by law) was a horrible son , I've had very Scarce contact with him in the 14 years of my life simply because my grandperents(perents legally) hate him, and everytime i even mention his name they get an attitude, well he called and ha sbeen calling daily for the past week or so and has been trying to be allowed to take me out for my birthday wich occurd 2 weeks ago and they wont let me go, I've tried to get them to let me go and they wont, also recently he has been having seizures and he had one in the kitchen at his house and fell on a knife as he knocked one down and it went into his arm a few inches, my perents say they think he stabbed himself to get attention, also he has tons of tattoos and most of them are demons, my perents are die-hard christians and thats another reason they refuse to let me go with him, but multiple friends say that once I'm 14 if my perents were to split up i could choose who to live with and also that its legally my discision if I want to go out for the day with him or not, but sence I'm adopted he himself has no legal rights

point is i really want to get some kind of connection with him sence he's my biologicle father and my perents are refusing me the right to even talk to him, is there sometihng I can say to force them to allow me to?

  1. Your parents know him far better than you do.  I hope their parenting skills have improved since they raised him.  It appears that they have.  Your parents can have him arrested if they catch you with him without their permission.  If you have waited 14 years, respect your parents and wait another 4 before you have contact.  I'm sure he would be a bad influence on you and you are too young to realize it.

They could have him arrested and charged with interfering with child custody, kidnapping, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and a bunch of other charges.  Don't do this to him.
