I have a Lexmark X1150 printer that was installed on a Windows XP computer. that computer died and I purchased a new compaq that uses Vista operating system. I can not get the computer to get the printer to work. I e-maild and they gave me a # 1-1173757121 and sent me a list of instructions that I can not get to work. So they responded back that I should call the 1-800-332-4120 number to talk to a technical support person. I called and was told that they unit does not know how to work on the old printers and that I should go to the chat room. I have spent more than 30 minutes trying to get into your chat room. I hope this may be it. I really need help installing the driver and getting the printer to run again. Can you help me?
